"Had to stay in town due to unexpected bad weather. While reserving, I was asked if I wanted two double beds or one queen. I chose one bed but was given a room with two doubles. I was also asked about room preference (room on upper floor, lower floor, noise level, etc). The only preference I indicated was a quiet room, and I was woken up at 2a by belligerent guests in the next room. I understand the hotel can’t predict how loud guests will be, but based on vehicles in the lot, there were probably no more than 15 guests staying at the hotel. So why the rooms couldn’t be more spread out, I don’t know. My point is, if you’re not going to honor preferences, just don’t ask about them. On my second night, my room key stopped working so I had to request another (which is annoying in itself). I was only asked my room number and was immediately given a key. No ID required, so literally anyone could have asked for a key to my room and would have been given it. Also on my second night, the fire alarm went off at 4a and blared for a good 10 minutes. Then sirens from 3 fire trucks, responding to a nonexistent fire. The room itself was fine. Not great, but acceptable. I didn’t have any cleanliness concerns. And the location of the hotel was convenient. I won’t be staying again and would recommend against it."

"We booked online and it said you can be 18 to check in and out. We booked it and got there the lady was staring at us the entire time she was helping other people. When it was our turn she asked ages and we told her and she said we had to be 21 or with a parent I told her and showed her on the site it said 18 and she said we don't follow the site it 21. Then she asked where we was from and said oh then I definitely can't give you a room. Very disrespectful and disappointed you should follow your site if it put on there!!! Edit they called at midnight saying we was allowed to check in now. Literally all they said and they didn't apologize for anything or offer a discount if we didn't get to stay the whole night."

"From the rude lady at checking in, the draft from the cheap windows, and the disrepair of the rooms. Nothing is worst then the discomfort of the bed. Thin blankets in the winter in Ohio, seriously. The only positive was the biscuits and sausage gravy available in the morning. Terrible experience, would not recommend."

"This place is disgusting. They claim they are renovating but nothing is new. Half painted ceilings pubic hair in bathtub toilet paper holder falling out of wall stained towels no light bulbs in any if the lamps in either room I bbooked. I was not expecting high end hotel but they could at the very least been clean."

"Had issues with the shower not turning off when contated the front desk the lady was very rude acting like it was our fault. After maintenance was called it took over an hour to get it fixed and then we had no water the remainder of our stay. When asked for our room to be changed we were refused"
