Beeson Clubhouse, located at 900 Beeson Drive in Winchester, Indiana, is a beautiful and well-maintained venue owned by the City of Winchester. This institution offers a daily rate of $150, which includes a $50 deposit. Additionally, the City of Winchester has other facilities available for hosting family and public events, such as park shelters and the Goodrich Park Cabin. The Goodrich Swimming Pool is also available for rent at an hourly rate of $45 for up to 50 people, which includes 2 lifeguards. For larger groups, additional lifeguards are required at their regular rate.
