"The new managers that recently bought this place will lie right to your face. They will outright tell you one thing such as you passed inspection just fine on friday and come monday at end of work day they slap a notice on your door about said inspection. DO NOT live here if you value any kind of peace of mind or stability in your living space. They will lie to you outright about anything and everything."

"The manger has made this a dirty nasty place to live.Where the kids are allowed to destroy your outside decorations and vandalize the cars. The manager won't do anything about it either.The laundry mat is so dirty and disgusting. Bedbugs are found in the laundry mat. The manager won't put a sign or anything up to warn people either. The playground isn't safe for the children either. It hasn't been taken care of for awhile. It isn't a clean peaceful place to live anymore. It use to be a really nice place to live,but the manager has made that not true anymore unfortunately. Instead of fixing things and make it a nice place to live am told you just need to move. I have over 500 pictures and videos to prove everything i have said. 10-27-21 Wish i had some positive things to say but i don't. As a 61 yr old disabled person, i am treated terrible from Heather Park Apartment employees."
