Trinity Community, located at 361 Lutheran Terrace in Union City, Indiana, is a three-story apartment complex specifically designed for individuals aged 62 and older and/or those with mobility impairments and lower incomes. With thirty studio and one-bedroom apartments available, rent is determined based on guidelines set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development, taking into account income level, age, and disability. Eligible residents pay only 30% of their adjusted gross income to cover rent and select utilities.

The apartments at Trinity Community are well-maintained and come equipped with appliances and carpeting. All utilities are included, except for cable TV, Internet, and phone services.
