"We truly loved living here at the Villas. While there were some neighborly issues, we can still say this was by far the best rental we have ever had! We will greatly miss our neighbors, and heather and Russ! If it wasn't for job related moves, we would have stayed there for a very long time. If we ever come back to Cleveland and plan to rent, you can bet we will come back to the Villas. (And they are VERY FAIR in regards to your security deposit on move out!) Thank y'all for everything! We miss our home already!"

My boss, Tami, was extremely friendly and was always so kind to me and the residents. She always did her best to please everyone and do her job to the best of her ability.
