"You will get scammed and charged for things that were never in your apartment when you go to leave. My neighbor had problems with them and then they charged me for a drawer that was never in my fridge and a 13+ year old carpet replacement because it is old and worn ( because it was old 13 years ago, let alone now) they are ridiculous and unreasonable. They will send it to debt collectors when you paid the bill."

"This place started out great when I lived there, but then the longer I was there I noticed things wouldn't get fixed. And then they kept our deposit and then charged additional fees for things that should just be general upkeep. I have never trashed any apartments and I've never not had my deposits returned to me, even living in vantage apartments in Beachwood, they had higher rent but didnt screw me in the end. I feel like we were good tenants and didn't complain even though we had a broken dishwasher for majority of the time we were there that they didn't know how to fix. When there was a leak from outside coming in our apartment they just fanned it and moved along but then said our carpet needed to be replaced. If you do live here I would say put in service requests for everything because the paint they use is flat in some areas instead of semigloss which I'm assuming is intentional so it makes it harder to clean so they can charge you to paint it again. So if you have them do it while you're a tenant you won't have to worry about them charging you if you decide to leave. Other than that it's quiet, in a nice location but parking sucks. I wouldn't come back though if I need to move back to ohio."

"My bf and I rented a 2-bed apartment at Windsor for 3 years, and we had a FANTASTIC experience! Tracey is a wonderful office manager and was always happy to answer questions. The maintenance team is prompt and friendly, no job was too small. The apartment itself was clean, good natural light and the kitchen / storage space was all a great size for the rent price. We even had a dishwasher and vaulted ceilings! Highly recommended. Thanks so much for having us, Windsor."

"Lived here for 1 year. 6.2020 through 6.2021. I thought it was pretty decent for the most part. Pros: The rooms were big and ample closet space. Close to the water and shopping. They have upgraded some of the grounds there so it feels nicer. It is fairly quiet and safe. Maintenance always addressed issues in a timely manner. Office staff were nice. Fairly clean. Third Floor has a Vaulted Ceiling in the Living and Dining Room. Cons: What I didn't like was the lack of parking at night. There aren't that many spaces for the amount of parking spaces. Often, I had to go around a few times to find one. I think they should assign at least one parking space per apartment. Also, I didn't like that you had to run the water for like 10 minutes before it became warm. How are we supposed to conserve water? Not a lot of cabinet space and they stick so it was a struggle to open them. Dated appliances. The trims are dark wood, which also dates the place. You have to pay a service fee to pay your rent online. They charge for water & sewer separately in addition to gas and electricity."
