"As a 3 year resident of a state st. location I can say that I really enjoyed living and renting from Mid Am. William B runs the office and does such a great job. He’s a one man show and deserves a raise. He doesn’t get enough recognition for what he does. Through my time living there I lost my wedding my band in the house right after getting married and he came to look for it. I don’t know many management company’s that go a above and beyond for their tenants. The only downside or complaint that I could have is the grass doesn’t get mowed as much as it should but they are aware of that as when I asked they made sure to come mow it. When it came to move out they worked great with my situation and had a very fast return when it came to my deposit. I highly recommend their properties if you like a laid back type of landlord that stays out of your business then go with Mid Am!"

William is always checking on the needs of the tenants and always quick to respond when there is a need for maintenance. Jessie is always caring and sending emails alerting the tenants to specific things to look out for. I wish I didn't have to leave but we had to or we would have lived here for years to come."

"Being neighbors of Mid-Am I am extremely unhappy. Their tenants are constantly throwing their trash in our yard and now we found their tenants are taking their dogs out WITHOUT leashes (which is illegal in Bowling Green) and letting their dogs relieve themselves in our yard. We were pulling into our driveway and there is a dog in our yard and the owner of the dog standing in Mid-Am's lot texting on her phone . she sees us and quickly called the dog and ran inside the building . Next time it happens our attorney will be contacting Mid-Am."

"I lived in an apartment with this company for 5 years. No serious issues. They are slow to get maintenance done and you will need to remind them fairly regularly that you are still waiting. Other than that they leave you alone to do your thing."
