"Shut off water to our room in the morning for some repair work, but didn’t offer access to another room so we could shower and take care of other business. Front desk staff were completely indifferent to us. Very humiliating."

"Neat, tidy rooms. Complimentary services seems plentiful. Multi-level elevator to easily acess upper floors. Private indoor fitness room & the indoor heated pool also has a secluded location. Overall it's decent however, $140 per evening (considering hotel rated only 2★) feels strong armed!"

"Cameo was the best concierge ever!! She was very accommodating and helpful. She truly went above and beyond for her guests. Only down fall to our visit was only one ice machine worked. Breakfast was great. All the staff were friendly and personable. Excellent stay!!"
