"Overall I didn’t have an awful time renting from this company. The apartment was low quality as expected in a college town but maintenance was quick to come any time there was an issue. The rates are higher than anticipated and they charge suspiciously high amounts for utilities that are in company’s name. They’re very responsive and easy to communicate! I’m just disappointed to find out they kept almost my entire deposit wrongfully but as a busy student I’m quietly accepting my losses. Just be aware of prices for the quality is my biggest advice when considering renting from them!"
