"This place is a scam! They never returned my security deposit after several calls and emails. This is not the first time they have done something like this to respectful tenets. I have several text messages and emails telling me I would get my full deposit sent to me but that did not happen. If I were a student or family living in bowling green I would stay far away from this place and any property they own as you will find your self in court at the end of your lease. You can keep changing your name but it wont help if you keep stealing from customers. A local lawyer should investigate this business as I am sure you will find they have cheated several people."
"Don’t be fooled! They are money hungry people and foul! They didn’t return my deposit until I went to the courts and opened a small claims case. Beware they just changed their business name (used to be Highland Management), more than likely to cover up all the negative reviews!"
