"I do not recommend renting from Nancy greenly and her sons me and my fiancé moved in may of 2023 upon our arrival to view the apartment the tenant who was renting before is was still living in the apartment during the showing . When we moved in nothing was cleaned or worked on our bedroom window literally fell out and she has yet to come fix it or replace it , one of the bedrooms has burnt holes and holes on the carpet and wall as well , I literally scrubbed the walls for hours and they never came clean once , and everything was a mess and so filthy . When bringing it to Nancy attention and sending her the photos she cussed us out and never came to fix anything! Not only was the apartment filthy but she gave us stove and oven that did not work ! And our fridge has a hole in it ! It took her almost 2 months to bring a new fridge and that one doesn’t work either we’ve been here for almost a year without any appliances I asked her if I purchased my own could I get it taken off my rent her response was no . A month again our living room window fell out her son the ( maintenance) came and ducked taped our window back up . She harassed us and our company saying racist things she’s came over plenty of times drunk scaring our child . Their also was black mold found inside our apartment and nothing has been done . They only care about the money they do not care about the tenants at all . I wish I would’ve read the reviews before moving into these apartments . Please save yourself and do not rent from greenly investments she’s a slum lord and has had plenty of complaints"

"Where do I start? The duplex seemed to be in pretty good shape, my family lived there for a year and a month. After a year the lease goes month to month, no chance to resign. I thought I was gonna have a little time to save up some money before I moved, but right after my lease was up they terminated it. That was really no big deal. However, we had called to see why it was terminated (we had always paid rent on time and never had any complaints) our questions were very rudely met with "I legally don't have to tell you that". There were also a couple of incidents where I would have friends come over and they were very rude to my friends, mocking them like a child. Also of you rent here I would suggest not planting any flowers or having garden decor, I had planted tulips and they decided to do landscaping right before I moved out and they dug up my flowers and took them. They also came back the next day to put new mulch in and somehow managed to break a glass garden mushroom that my grandmother made me. Not to mention they know I have a toddler and left the broken glass in the yard. They have no respect for renters they think they are better than everyone and only care about money. If I could give them 0 stars I 100% would. Tldr: these people are very unpleasant and only care about money I do not recommend."

"When renting from Nancy Greeley I was not told the name of the company until signing the lease. They had just changed the name to JNM Investments. The day I moved in I realized the home was covered in mouse droppings and clearly had not been cleaned or thoroughly inspected before I was handed the keys. When I asked Nancy to have the apartment cleaned and to have someone inspect the safety of the house (due to the mouse infestation) she brassly said, "Have you seen a mouse? The place isn't infested with mice. She agreed to have someone clean so the next day a lady came when I was gone. I came back and she had only cleaned the exact spots that I had sent pictures of (had very clearly just swept up a few mouse droppings and left). I ended up saying, "Fine. I will clean the place myself and attempt to mouseproof myself." Keep in mind that I was paying $800/month to stay in this mouse poop filled apartment. I deep cleaned, filled holes in the wall, and moved my stuff into the house 3 days into the month. Before I left for work I closed all of the doors in the house. I came back from work and 3 of the doors were open. It was apparent that someone had been in my apartment. I was scared to death because I am a single girl in her 20's and someone had come into my home. I saw that the fridge had been pulled out from the wall and realized what had happened. I calmed down and called Nancy. I asked her if someone had been in my apartment. She confirmed that both she and her son had been in my apartment. When I told her that I did not approve of them coming into my apartment without 24 hrs notice (like the contract stated) she flipped out at me, cussed at me, and said "this is how we do things here." I ended up finding these reviews from the past name of their business and realized that this had happened to many before and they had taken advantage of and scared many other young women before. That day I moved everything out of the apartment and hired a lawyer. Do NOT rent from these people. They are not the type of landlord that anyone should have."

"They tried to charge 13 months on a 12 month contract, doesnt care after signing papers, electric is outrageous for such a small place 220 a month for 1200 square feet, cant fix anything first try, they always do patch jobs at first then come back months later to actually fix, family owned so nothing is convenient for the renter, can never find ms greeley never at office unless shes getting you to sign papers, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY, DONT CARE ABOUT THE RENTER!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM THEY ARE HORRIBLE!"
