"Trash. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Mehgan from the leasing office is absolutely the rudest and most unprofessional person I’ve ever came in contact with. I’ve lived at Sand Creek for 6 months and have had issue after issue with the leasing office and maintenance people. We have been targeted and harassed by them since we moved in, even though we mind our business and do absolutely nothing to provoke anyone here. All the leasing office cares about is money and the authority they think they have over everybody that lives here. They don’t resolve any issues you bring to them, they just say you’re SOL. They don’t care about you here, I would never recommend anyone to live here. Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in."

"Office ladies abuse power. I can fix things better than the maintenance guys they send who all but tell me I don’t know what I’m talking about when I say somethings wrong and needs fixed. Paint is everywhere inside my appliances and my toilet of all places. Had a whole essay review on it but it mysteriously disappeared."

"I’ve lived here for almost a year and I don’t think I’ve had a single good experience with the ladies in the leasing office since before I officially moved in. I’ve called for over a week about maintenance coming to fix my AC so yesterday they “fixed” it but didn’t even make sure it was fixed so now I’m stuck being 8 months pregnant in an 80° apartment because no one will answer the phone or return my calls. Very unprofessional. It’s always fake niceness to get you excited to live here and then from there it’s nothing short of horrid. And go figure, the corporate office won’t answer the phone either. I wish I could give it 0 stars."

"Clean, modern, quiet (like a park), clean locked onsite 24/7 laundry(if needed- has laundry hook-ups in aptmts), nice pool and clubhouse, grounds kept well."
