"I rented a property from this company. I have had several items needing repairs, from stopped up drains to old furniture needing removal (left from former tenant). They will only fix what they are legally required to fix, example: basement flooded and destroyed hot water heater and furnace- necessities- so they were repaired. Garage door opener stopped working last month, realtor said they would send someone out, still hasn’t. I told realtor 3 months ago that grout coming loose from bath tiles was plugging bath drain, realtor said she would contact plumber, still haven’t heard from plumber. I asked realtor shortly after moving in 6 months ago to remove old couch and huge glass mirror left behind by previous tenant, said she would, hasn’t. All this company wants is your money."
