Country Meadows Apartments

"Property manger is not the best in taking care of personal situations if there is problems that occur such as parking issues nothing is done to solve the issue. They have unlawful handicap placards by the ADA law. The property manger has lied to my face three times in counting . Told me she had no supervisor I could speak with , later I talked with her supervisor who lead me in the right direction to move out. I lived there for only 4 months as these problems occurred and I exited the home within that time after. Apartments are not bad or nasty just who runs it isn’t very professional."

"If you have a medical condition you can have a pet anywhere How in the world do you know that person wasn't on the list for months. Just cause you don't get your own way is typical behavior"

"Very nice place to live. Management was always nice seamed to care about the people that lived there. Maintenance was always fast to come fix whatever I needed done. Always great work. Would recommend living."

"I work over in delphos and I happen to drive by the country meadow apartments and my oh my lemme tell you that place has never been so cleaned up in my life! The management has done a wonderful job cleaning that place up!! So glad to see the community looking better!"

"Great place to live. Management is fair and friendly and if someone doesn't follow the rules that go along with living in this apartment complex they handle the situation as they are supposed to.The people complaining it's a "bad place to live" apparently don't follow the rules to living in this apartment complex and are causing problems.The list of rules are given to you at the signing of your lease READ THEM it will be helpful..Would definitely recommend this place anyone needing assistance."
