"This complex is going through wonderful renovations. Although incomplete it is located in a quiet neighborhood and the management, which also just changed this year is very professional. My two young children and I feel at home here with our friendly, quiet neighbors."

"This complex is in need of serious renovation for its tenants. Many have lived there for a number of years without a "freshening" of their apartment. No new paint , no new carpet or even a professional carpet cleaning. The kitchens are terribly outdated cabinets look to be original to the building and without dishwashers. The bathrooms are not handicap friendly. The laundry has a machine in the lobby that tenants have to pay for their laundry and then go downstairs to use machines. I do not see this as a favorable place for Senior Citizens!"
