"The heating and cooling systems are the worst I've ever seen, an ancient A/C that would not even be enough as a fan and those heating radiators that heat up the apartment like a sauna that's out of control. Maintenance wouldn't fix a thing for you, and when they do they over charge you. Also beware, they will make a lot of money out of you once you try to get out of the unit, there is a lot of fine print on the lease agreement, they fined me almost $1k after I gave them a notice to vacate a month in advance, they said they needed two months in advance. find yourself a better place."

"Very clean and friendly place to live. Melissa the manager is friendly and is always planning tenant events. We just had a hot dog party for National Hot Dog Day! She is amazing!"

"The manager has been excellent in responding to repair issues. The apartments are very spacious and quiet. I can walk my dog anywhere on the property, although it would be nice to have a fenced area to let them run! The landscaping is always kept up and neat. My only complaint would be that the entry doors are always covered with webs and bugs. Otherwise, I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a nice, quiet place to live."

"Melissa and staff are a great, very friendly staff and any issues that arise are addressed promptly. Grounds are well maintained. Just wish more of the residents were interested in a community setting instead of just appartment living. The few who are are great people though."
