"The Ideal truly stands out from other management companies in Madison. Although I had a few hiccups when I first moved in, The Ideal was quick to resolve the issues and make it right. Since then, I've been extremely impressed with their professionalism and kindness towards residents. The security deposits they require are very low and they work with you to make subletting as painless as possible (just a one-time $100 fee). Compare that with my current management company, who are trying to nickel and dime me for every cent and are generally unresponsive. A nightmare. Although the Ideal is expensive (as is everywhere in Madison these days), their service makes it worth the cost. Highly recommend!"

The amenities include a a roof top area for grilling out, a large community room and a fitness center. All of the staff are friendly and accommodating. They take into consideration the needs of the residents and find ways to make sure we are completely satisfied."
