"I was there less than 24 hrs. Roaches and bedbugs. Do not recommend. Also stated they refunded my account, they have not. Dead bugs behind furniture. Mgr stated he would not charge me if they found bugs as I held the bug in my hand and have photos. I was charged in full, it's been over a week, no refund."

"We ended up leaving in the middle of the night after cockroaches visited us on the wall over the desk in the room. We told the desk clerk and just got a "really?" And told us they never got complaints. Yes they have, it is in a review. Nice looking property but we weren't expecting company! They said the owner would be told."

"Booked in advance for 5 night's. Coming for a unexpected death in family. 4 adult's 83yrs grandmother, husband and wife and a 59 old brother. So a roll away bed was asked for and ensured on would be available. Turns out was not available. Was told to get another room or cancel the reservation."

"Absolutely horrible experience. Through my business, I'm a Diamond Select customer that's stayed an enormous amount of days for business travel at other Best Westerns - and this is the worst. I purchased rooms for myself and my colleagues and was quoted a rate ahead of time, only to find that after preparing to check out that they were no longer going to honor the rate due to it being "too good." Owner has made no effort to try to correct the problem, and I've been completely ignored in my follow ups to claim the points that I have yet to recieve from the stay. Best advice: Stay away from this hotel. I'll be recommending my business partners, colleagues, and clients discontinue even staying at the chain if this is the kind of service I can expect going forward."

"I’m a regular. I typically stay at this hotel when I’m out working at the local nursing home instead of trying to drive an hour and a half back home each trip. I choose to spend entire weekends there. I tried booking a cheaper hotel, but to be honest I trust this hotel and its staff so I canceled. I just wish the price was a little lower. The staff is nice and helpful. The hotel is showing some age, but it’s like greeting an old friend. I don’t mind. I like aged things. The breakfast is small but good. I don’t need to be eating all kinds of sugary pastries and stuff anyway. The rooms are very well kept up. I even noticed some construction on the stairways."
