"If I could leave no stars...I would. Hammermeister and Maria did a root canal and crown on my almost two years ago. For over a year, the tooth never settled down and I kept calling Maria....I was in a lot of pain and she would get me antibiotics and the dentist would shave down the crown. After getting no help, I ended up at Cleveland Clinic head and neck where they did a X-ray and found instrument separation....METAL in my root left from Hammermeister's instrument breaking off! THEY NEVER TOLD ME! Cleveland Clinic said they defiantly knew and definitely should of told me. $3000 dollars of work to need to get it pulled out! I feel better - the pain in my neck/throat area is gone after removal. But I suffered for over a year with extreme pain because they knew what happened and tried to cover it up. AWFUL AND SHAMEFUL! In the medical field...you take an oath to DO NO HARM. Do not go here and please do not take your children."
