"Today (Feb 21,2024) was my first experience with Aspen Dental. I was extremely impressed!! The facility was clean and nice. And the staff!! The staff whole staff was EXTREMELY friendly and welcoming!!! Every single team member I had the pleasure of meeting had a smile on their face and they were all comforting and helpful!!! Personally I would recommend Aspen Dental to everyone!! Great experience!! Thank you Aspen team!!!"

"The dental hygienist was incredible and so knowledgeable. She taught me a lot about my gums and also how different medicines can affect your teeth and gums. She was personal and made me laugh a good bit. I left feeling really cared for. Front desk staff was very pleasant and personable as well. I had a great experience."

"First off, I really liked my hygienist. She did a great job, was very friendly & offered suggestions for other services, such as whitening, when appropriate. I think I have always had a different dentist each visit, but the dentists were professional each time. I rated this office low because of my experience with the office staff. The person at the front desk was often curt and did not give full attention to what ever task she was working at, even if that task was a simple greeting. We had several discussions about what services were and were not offered by my insurance & this individual seemed to take offense that I asked such questions. Lastly, I found that one visit was not submitted to my insurance in a timely manner & as such the insurance company refused to accept the claim. This office waited a full year to circle back to me and wanted to charge me for the full visit. The way in which this incident was handled was frustrating. There was no option given for discussion or resolution. Instead they threatened to refer my case to debt collectors. Sadly I've chosen to move onto a different office because of my experience with the business arm of this operation. I really liked the professionals who were involved with the dental services."

"I came in for a zoom whitening treatment with Anne. She was extremely professional, gentle, and kind! I was nervous about the procedure being uncomfortable, but Anne was very detail oriented and ensured I was not in any discomfort! I was surprised how little sensitivity I experienced. I am also very happy with the results. My teeth are perfectly white!"
