DREAM INN HOTEL DAYTON

"I live in the area of this motel. Due to a house fire I was forced to stay in motels for a few months while locating a new home. This motel always looked kind of scary to me but as I was running out of options, per cost reasons, I decided to check this place out. Believe it or not, this was one of the best places for my money that I stayed during my house hunt. The room itself was actually really nice as well as probably the largest of all the rooms I was in. They offered a great weekly rate as well as the best pet rate of any motel/hotel I've ever stayed in. There were no bugs any where. The negatives were the sheets & blankets were old and stained but they were washed. The only microwave was at the office and no fridge was available at all. The owner Mr. Patel is great. He comes across as a little harsh but he's actually very nice and will try to accommodate good people that need help. Overall, I would give this motel an 8 out of 10. Don't judge a motel by its outer appearance. This is by far one of the best places within probably a 10+ mile radius and when you add in the nightly or weekly rate, you'll find nothing even remotely close to this place. Keep it up Mr. Patel!!! Get some new bedding and in room microwaves & I guarantee you'll get a lot more traffic through there."
