Heidi and Alexis were very gentle in their cleaning practices and I didn’t feel a thing. Great job ladies!!! I would definitely recommend your practice to others."

"The five stars go to the office staff for their kindness and consideration for me, I would give them 20 stars if I could for having to deal with the verbal abuse this dentist puts them through. She has zero self awareness and talks down to the staff like they're her slaves. She belittled them, treats them very rudely and shows zero remorse for it. Only when she calms down does she try to excuse her behavior by blaming the assistant for whatever was not going right at that moment. I don't know how someone can so publicly treat someone like scum but it is for this reason I will not be going back. I can't watch it. Read the reviews. I'm not the only one she's put on a show for. 1 star for Dr Rosenthal, 25 stars for the staff. Keep up the good work, girls, you don't deserve that treatment."

"Very unprofessional when I went for a cleaning and x rays. My appointment was canceled due to the dentist not feeling well which is understandable. It was rescheduled at a time that they offered to me but I was still taken back late. Appointment time was for noon, didn’t get taken back until at least 12:15 which was okay with me. Sometimes people get behind on things. Once I was back I was sitting until about 12:45 when I was asked when I needed to leave by, I said 1:30. I thought even though 45 minutes had gone by with nothing done yet, another 45 was enough time for everything hopefully. I could hear the dentist talking down very loudly to the dental assistant which I later found out was her son. A bit unprofessional if you ask me to talk down to anyone loud enough for patients to hear. She finally came in around 1:15 to start x rays and around 1:25 started “cleaning” my teeth. I left at 1:34 and declined to make another appointment even though they were very pushy about it. Every cleaning I’ve ever had has taken at least 20-30 minutes. She barely polished my teeth and did nothing else. I ordinarily would have been like whatever but that was the only appointment my insurance covered for another 6 months and it was right before my wedding so I wanted a good cleaning. Overall very unprofessional and not respectful of your time. Felt like a wasted hour and a half."

"This office is truly OUTSTANDING! They went out of their way to find out if they were on my medical plan. Another office flat out refused to help me at all. Unfortunately my plan does not accept this Dr. But if that ever changes, I will call them immediately. Thank you ever so much for your kindness and genuine concern for everyone! Just what we need now."
