"Absolutely terrible. Do NOT take your kids here. I went to him for a second opinion on my daughter’s teeth and my daughter has only been to the dentist twice so far (she’s 4) and this was a new one to begin with so she was nervous. He held her down in the chair while she’s screaming to let her go and he wouldn’t. He just kept holding her down and telling her she’s being too loud. That’s not okay. She’s 4. Give her a minute to calm down and breathe. I would be loud too if he held me down to a chair and wouldn’t let me go when I told him to. He even made the comment that he’s not as thorough as Canton Pediatric Dental Center (which I highly recommend you do take your kids to)"

"Staff is always friendly and professional and the office environment is very kid oriented and fun . All Staff including Dr. Su have a calm demeanor and lots of patience with my very nervous child, help keep him relaxed during appointments, and now he can associate dental care as a pleasant experience rather then terrifying . He enjoys the tokens at the end of each visit to use in the prize machines too, and watching Disney movies while getting his teeth clean ."

The xray and visual exam was quick and painless. Everything was explained super well! Dr Su is amazing with my son! All the techs/staff were attentive and lovely!
