"The absolute best Dental practice I have ever been to ! They explain everything they are going to do and what your insurance covers and doesn’t cover. They have all been very easy to talk to, such a friendly group of people. No I am not related to any of them or did I know any of them prior to becoming a patient at the office. I personally HIGHLY recommend them."

"Amazing staff and environment. All care providers were patient while also making sure the appointment was swift and efficient. All questions were answered with a smile. The receptionists and other staff were extremely friendly and engaged with us throughout the whole appointment. The receptionist who checked us in even took an extra 20 minutes to make sure she had my correct insurance information before our appointment and did it while remaining extremely calm, kind, and patient. Couldn’t recommend them enough!"

"We moved to Wadsworth last year and have been looking for a new family dentist. Great Oaks was close and covered by our insurance, but so far has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I had scheduled a new patient appointment for myself months in in advance, then the day before it was canceled. The next available appointment to come in wasn’t for two months! I had tried calling two times before my appointment to go over a few insurance questions but never received a called back. So day of my appointment all that was trying to get figured out. They ended up billing our insurance for something not covered. When my husband asked the office about it they said they would remove the charge. However, I still received a bill from the office with the charge still on my account. When the doctor came in at the end of my appointment, I know it was taking awhile to discuss my concerns, but she kept leaving without saying anything or speaking into her headset. I found that really rude and dismissive. Seemed like they were overbooked. I had scheduled my children new patient appointments months in advance. The week before, these were canceled as well. Same situation - when rescheduled it wasn’t for two months later. My husband had an appointment to get a filling. Day of they called and canceled the appointment. The reason given was the office closing for inclement weather. There was no serious weather coming. My husband called back to see if they were still closing and then was told the actual reason was the doctor had an emergency. So he was lied to. The appointment couldn’t be rescheduled for three weeks. This is ironic considering the day before his appointment he got a text saying “if he didn’t confirm his appointment they would give it away to someone on the waiting list.” Then they go and cancel his appointment day of and are deceitful about the reason why. I do want to say we’ve had Stacy as our hygienist and think she did an excellent job."

"I have had such a great experience with Great Oaks Dental. Cheyenne is so friendly and does such a great job. She is very thorough and is great at what she does! Dr Gendi was also great to work with and took a lot of time to explain my scans and answer any questions I had. She is very knowledgable and easy to work with. The receptionists at the desk are always welcoming and very helpful! Overall a great experience and staff."
