"I am choosing to write this review to help warn others, because no one should ever have to experience their appalling work. There’s not an option for a lower rating so one star will have to do. My mother has been going to this office for 40+ years prior to their change in management (around 4 years ago) I am extremely dissatisfied and appalled at the management and services they provide. I had an upper partial made because I was born without my two eye teeth ( a genetic condition). They took a mold and sent out. When it returned, it did not fit in my mouth at all. They placed the tooth crooked in the mold, and put it together with faulty materials. This happened multiple times and my insurance covered the costs of their mistakes. Instead of taking responsibility for their actions, they chose to blame me for it, saying that if I got implants sooner I wouldn’t have to deal with this issue. I can guarantee that my upper partial was never made to the correct standards. When I told Dr. Lindsay about my concerns, she yelled, argued with me and ran out of the office instead of choosing to partake in job she is paid to do. Her dental assistant was the only one person was able to be professional and rational. Dr. Lindsay told me that “they could not meet my standards”. And that I was a “difficult patent”. Dr. Lindsay does not take pride in her work, and only seems to care about her salary. Dr.Lindsay tried to charge me a large sum of money for something my insurance had already paid for. I had to take initiative and show them receipts, that were already in their system if they took the time to check first. It was extremely distasteful and unprofessional. I firmly believe that people should care about the work they do, especially when it affects the life of others. I am 19 years old and in college, so I am waiting to get permanent implants for many different reasons. Dr. Lindsay said that It should not matter if my upper partial was constructed in a way that is sloppy, because I should get implants. If you are unable to complete work correctly and successfully, the patient should be notified of these concerns. When my mother called with concerns, they shut her down and were disrespectful to her. They have sent my father incorrect billing information multiple times, and once again were disrespectful to him and worked very poorly with my insurance, trying to charge me for things that were covered. I will never recommend this place to anyone, especially those with children."
