"I called to make an appointment for a broken tooth that needed repaired. They had me come in for a new patient appointment and cleaning. Dr.Alyssa came into the room after the cleaning for maybe 5 minutes at most. She examined the broken tooth and had me schedule an appointment for 4 months later to have it repaired. I was put on an "Urgent list" if they had any cancellations. Contacted another Dental office and had my tooth repaired within the week. That dentist told me that had I waited until the appointment they made for me, the tooth would have likely decayed to the point that a crown would have been necessary. Also was given an estimate for this tooth from Willoughby family Dentistry for a 4+ surface filling for the broken tooth. The new dentist was shown the paperwork, and that was not necessary. The repair actually only required a 2 surface repair, which was half of the cost I was quoted. Totally unacceptable service."
