"Great staff when you actually get an appointment. Their office NEVER answers their phone, called over 12 times. Their answering service that the call gets routed to tries their best but rarely has the power to schedule anything. Its easier to dance the jitterbug with betty white then get into this office. THey also canceled 3 of my appointments in a row the day prior. Left dentalworks for good"

"Took both my kids here and scheduled follow up visits for fillings. No issues with one kid but the other had her appointment canceled twice and they never called to tell me either time . We showed up once for an appointment and the door were locked and other people were also there for appointments. They never called me even the next business day. So I rescheduled it for another day and when we showed up they told us it was AGAIN canceled and no one called me. Even had confirmation text. They even told me that work was covered completely under insurance but then I got charged for service that were supposedly completely covered."

"Friendly staff, however, I went to get imaging done. The assistant didnt put the xray vest on so i mentioned it to her and she apologized. It took 45 minutes to get the imaging done until i requested someone with a bit more experience to complete it. Another day, I had a consultation and called off work to get it done. I waited about an hr and they had me reschedule due to complications of another patient. Thats fine. I get a call a week later that I need to reschedule again because the doctor had something come up. Its a hassle to go here if you need continued work done- choose another dentist office."

"I'm a veteran who is referred to this to community Care they proceeded to do a whole bunch of X-rays and stuff that were provided to them by the VA they didn't trust the VA's work so they decided to redo it after sitting me in a chair and not knowing how to take my blood pressure the dentist finally came over and basically looked at my x-rays for about 30 seconds and said we can't do this type of work even though it was what I was refer to them to do and it's what they advertise that they do after leaving they remind me that the VA was going to take care of my bill and here it is about a month and a half later and they have invoiced me I've already reported them to the VA as a fraudulent company this company needs to not be in business. They need to review their records and fix this as I have already contacted my attorney."

"The most beautiful atmosphere I have ever encountered at a dental office. I went THERE FOR THE FIRST TIME Today for dentures and the ENTIRE STAFF WAS DELIGHTFUL AND TOOK GREAT CARE OF ME! Thank All for caring not only about your job but most of all THE PATIENT. DR. Gancz you are by far the nicest dentist and the way you explained the process and answered my questions you are by far the BEST DENTIST EVER! YOU SHOULD GO TO OTHER FACILITIES AND TEACH OTHER DENTISTS HOW TO TREAT THE PATIENT. THANK YOU. AND YOUR STAFF IS AMAZING BUT I Am SURE YOU KNOW THAT. Robin, Cindy, Debbie and Kristen are all just amazing as you. They all definitely deserve a raise as well as yourself. I just can’t praise you all enough.
