"I have been trying to get a hold of them to reschedule for my implants and that's they just don't return the messages I was supposed to be there in December to get my bottom implants with my old insurance since they put the surgery in my mouth for it they never called me back now I have Anthem left message after message with Dental Works no one ever replies"

"I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Horrible billing problems eith them. After being a patient for over 20 years, I've decided to leave. Ongoing billing issues. Sent me to collection after promising me not to worry about that. I spent hours each month trying to convince them the bill is incorrect. I was apologized to many times, and promised things will get better. A new manager finally was able to take a look and agreed there's a billing error. I ended up getting credit balance. She was able to fix the collection issues. However, the billing errors continued. Please review your bills"
