"Got a cleaning done by the hygienist Katie, she made sure i was comfortable the entire time and made my teeth feel the cleanest they ever have!! She was so kind it was the best experience! Also got a filling done by Dr. McMahan and the assistant Kailey and they were also so wonderful and made sure i was comfortable the whole time as well! Such a kind and personable staff i would recommend this office to everyone especially people who are afraid to make that first step into a dental office because these are the type of people who really show they care and make you feel so comfortable right away!"

"Came for a cleaning and I got X-rays done and the dentist looked at my teeth to make sure everything was good. Then I sat there waiting on the hygienist and he/she was never there. Then they told me I need a little gingivitis treatment and it would be $128. I don’t mind that so I scheduled two appointments for the treatment/cleaning. Then I asked where’s my cleaning and they said I will get it at my first gingivitis appointment. I get to my first appointment and the hygienist was horrible. I’ve never bled from my gums that much in my life. She kept saying, “I’m really sorry” throughout the whole treatment. On top of that, it only took 15min. Where is my cleaning? I’m still waiting on my second appointment and reason being is because the hygienist is never there! I’ve rescheduled my second appointment THREE times already in a week. And the excuse is always, “our hygienist has to leave early for the day” or, “our hygienist has an appointment.” Sure, he/she does, sure. Leaving at noon nearly everyday must be nice. Keep taking advantage of people. I’ve been going to the dentist at least once a year since I was a young child and I’ve never had a cavity/poor teeth. This has been the worst treatment I’ve ever experienced from a dental practice facility. Sure won’t be coming back once I (finally) get my last appointment in, if it even happens. Might want to make sure your hygienists are doing the right thing, Aspen."
