"I've been bringing my daughter here for the last 3 or 4 years. The staff changes constantly because I don't think I have seen the same people in here more than twice!! Not sure if they overbook regularly because everytime we come it's jam packed and we seem to be waiting for an hour just to start the appointment and the wait time is longer than the actual appointment. We have seen different people over the years and they always tell us something different which is irritating. Staff is okay now compared to previous staff but overall our experience has been okay... oh yeah they seem to have a problem with answering phones smh"

"Unprofessional, rude and all around horrible place to get orthodontic treatment. I wasted so much money here while I tried to keep dealing with all the mistakes they made on my daughter. Yes, the state should shut this place down. To the "owner"-- no need to comment on how I should call whatever number you keep posting.. I DID ALL OF THAT. NOTHING WAS EVER RESOLVED!"

"Don’t even know where to start, they don’t even deserve 1 star…I will keep it short and simple…. Less is better…. This place should be SHUT DOWN by the State. Their time is coming!…. I work so hard to be able to pay and provide healthcare coverage for my family, Precision Orthodontics are all a bunch of shady people, they continue to submit fake insurance claims to my insurance on behalf of my son when he stopped going there almost a year ago!!!! Then they lie to the insurance company repeatedly on a recorded line digging themselves deeper in a whole and have been uncooperative with both my family and the insurance during this time…. Enough is enough… Me and my insurance company have been trying to get this sorted out for almost a year and as the investigation is ongoing, they have no shame in continuing their bad practice and continue to submit phony claims!! Their employees are all incompetent!!! They will be hearing from my Attorney. The review and comments of this repeated pattern of bad practice is overwhelmingly visible online!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. They messed with the wrong family this time around!"

"I don't know how this place how so many good reviews. My personal experience was awful! I will definitely be taking my child to another provider. They told me he needed a spacer and submitted braces to his insurance and was totally unwilling to work with me to sort things out! Also, the secretary is very rude once an issue arises between them and the insurance company! I do NOT recommend this orthodontist!"
