"New patients beware - you’ll be waiting for an appointment. Very kind hygienist and dentist with not-so-great availability. They are not open enough for someone who has a 9-5 job - no evening bookings and they do not respond on weekends. They only have 1 hygienist on staff - it’s certainly time for them to staff an additional. I had dental surgery in August and was due for a follow up in the fall. Their next opening wasn’t until the very end of February. I was on the cancellation list but never got an appointment. Gave them a call recently and the woman on the phone said they are booked completely for the next 3 months due to staffing. Ultimately, I switched to a new dentist elsewhere."
