"I have mixed feelings. I like the strongsville office, they're nice and efficient. I have only l experienced the Avon staff over the phone and they were rude. Regardless of the reason, the appointment was missed and although I called the office, they were rude about it. I know that it was less than 24 hours, but for staff to act like that over the phone... doesn't make me want to bring my children around these individuals."

"I have not been able to get my kid an appointment for two years. We started coming here when my child was young because they have Saturday appointments. Then as a couple years went by it was a struggle to get an appt on a Saturday. I was once told that they couldn't even schedule me that far out as they were booked for over 6 months. And I was told to call back in a couple months. Called back for MONTHS and no one ever answered. At that point my son hadn't been to the dentist in over a year. I finally got someone on the phone to schedule me a weekday appointment 6 months out. It has been two years now. I called and called today and yesterday to confirm the appointment since it is now coming up finally it was made months in advance. I can't ever get ahold of anyone. No one ever answers the phoen. I am switching dentists. This is absurd."
"After the experience I’ve had today I would’ve given them 0 stars. I usually love coming here but today everyone was extremely rude. Not only to myself but my 5 year old daughter as well. I called the office and told them that I was going to be late I told the receptionist if I needed to reschedule that will be fine. She said no come in. Upon arrival the receptionist made snarky remarks and comments. I ignored them and proceeded to check in. The woman that called us to the back had made several comments as well as making certain facial expressions. AGAIN I ignored them and let her finish my daughters X-rays. The woman who cleaned my daughters teeth was a JOY. She was the only one who gave my daughter some sort of compassion. As everyone should’ve. Because again I called and was completely fine with having to reschedule. Things could’ve went differently but instead I ignored these grown woman who you’d think would have some type of professionalism. I will be pulling both of my kids from this office."
