"I had a dentist appointment for a consultation.I get there and they tell me they double booked me because they thought I just wanted to meet the dr. What??? But when I made the appointment they told me it would be $131.00. And I explained to Jennifer over the phone that I wanted a consultation with the dr and to meet the staff. Why would I pay that just to meet the staff & doctor? Wouldn’t you think a consultation would be an exam to see what course of action to take for treatment? Unbelievable. Complete clown show. Don’t bother going here. Total waste of time. After seeing your response, I’m so glad this didn’t work out. A simple apology would’ve been sufficient. Good luck with getting new patients."
