"This is a great office. The receptionists here are always the best. I can’t stress that enough. They are so friendly and they go above and beyond if there is a problem. They have a great mental health protocol and will get you pointed in the direction of any help or services you may need. You can get blood work right there after your appointment. The doctors are willing to meet your medical needs."

"Had the most terrible experience here. I’ve been coming to this location for years with usually good appointments but today I had the most awful experience. I felt humiliated by the dentist because I explained that I hadn’t been there in a year because of COVID (staying at home instead of going out). Dentist was very dismissive of me and told me that there was nothing they could do to fix my problem. This is the kind of stuff that kills people when doctors/dentists don’t listen to your problems. I will be going somewhere else from now on. Very saddened to see such poor behavior coming from professionals. Nurse with reddish hair was great. She apologized for my hour long wait."

"Have been there several times now, and each and every time the receptionists are amazing the nicest I’ve ever encountered and I’ve been through a lot of health problems in my life so that’s saying a lot. The nurses and doctors are also amazing they take time to actually listen to what’s going on with you And help as much as they possibly can. I first thought it was going to be a bad experience but it turned out to be the best experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office!!!"

"They said she was losing weight due to her thyroid. When in fact she had cancer in the liver. She lived 2 weeks after going in to the hospital. She went to the Dr. every month to be checked, due to their negligence my mother died of cancer of the liver and they were treating her for thyroid. Talk about being responsible. Then they lied and I was unable to collect her life insurance to pay her final costs. Real good clinic!!!! Huh?"

"Caught them lying to cover up that they (staff member) had not done their job. Not only did they procrastinate on something I needed asap but they lied to me 2 days in a row while doing it. Called & made appointment with a new doctor today. I refuse to be treated as if my time (or myself for that matter) are not important. FYI......don't bother going to your appointments on time. I have always showed up at least 10 mins early & have had to ALWAYS sit in waiting area for 30-45 mins PAST my scheduled appointment time & then ANOTHER 30-45 mins in an examine room!! Plan on being there for no less than 3-4 hours for every appointment you make with this office!!!"
