Domino's Pizza

"Order Domino's Pizza on the app watch it get made in 12 minutes it is now been out for delivery for 42 minutes and I'm watching it makes circles around my hotel then I get a phone call from the delivery driver telling me they're at the hotel to find out that they're at the wrong Hotel still haven't got my food yet don't even know if it's going to be warm when it gets here. don't recommend ordering from this Domino's"

"I live fairly close to this location so it is super convienant to order food from them...BUT NEVER AGAIN! I've ordered several times and the delivery has been marked as being delivered but it was not. An hour or more at times the driver would finally show up with my cold pizza. Both times I called to check on my food and the phone just rang. I don't know what they are doing, but they definitely need new management!"

"Zero training in manners with terrible customer service. I work downtown and ordered food for delivery at 12:15pm and my food arrived at 2pm missing my drink. During this 2 hour wait I repeatedly called and was connected to that store with no answer. After work I went to speak with a manager. I walked in and saw a well staffed place with workers just standing around talking. Zero acknowledgement that I was there. I happen to see the delivery driver and asked her for my missing drink. Overall $30, 2 hour wait, mediocre food...No Thank You. Don't waist your money!!!!"

"What a fantastic experience. Ordered a pizza an hour and half before closing time, thinking that would probably be early enough even if they were a little busy. Nope. An hour and 45 minutes passed before my order was unceremoniously cancelled. Look, I’m sympathetic to the likely underpaid workers at what is likely an understaffed establishment, but if you know you’re so far behind that you can’t fulfill an order before close, you need to cancel the order right away so your customers aren’t waiting around for nearly two hours in the middle of the night. Or at least call to explain what’s going on. It’s just beyond disrespectful. I wish I would have looked up these reviews before ordering, as it’s clearly a chronic issue at this particular location. Either fix it or shut it down. Stop jerking your customers around every night."

"Despite the reviews, and believe me I was nervous but said what the heck, I have had a great experience top to bottom! I ordered a thin crust pizza and special chicken. CRYSTAL is fantastic and gave me way more toppings than I usually get anywhere, and she was super efficient. I carried out, and this was around 1pm on a Monday afternoon. Took about 12 minutes total. I'd say if it isn't a busy time of day for pizza, give it a go!"
