"Update: Stephie had the audacity to actually text me a few days ago enticing me to come in to that office. My response was "I am NEVER coming back to you". Seems Miss Stephie never read the review below from the horrible experience I had. Horrible xperience. I was hoping for good news and if Stephie had a better manner with clients maybe I would not feel so traumatized. Never once did she smile and acted as though me being there was a bother to her day. I can handle bad news but bad customer service comes with no reasoning. I never got to talk to a dentist for their "free consultation" and since I did not enjoy Stephie's conversation with me due to her attitude, I do not know if what she told me was actually correct or got misinterpreted somewhere down the line. I have made an appointment with someone other than the person they referred me to as if you don't trust the referring entity, why would you go to someone they want you to go to. Lesson learned, will not go back to that place. Unfortunately, I have a feeling they charged my insurance for the panoramic x-rays even though this was touted as a "free consultation". Just hoping they do not hold my results hostage when the new person calls to get the results, which I do believe is illegal anyway. On a positive note, the male dental assistant and the front office were very kind and polite. Stephie would do well to take lessons from them, and she should also NEVER bee allowed to speak with patients. Don't you have some kind of cleaning job after hours where she doesn't have to traumatize patients?"
