Gentle Dentistry

"I do not know what is happening with Gentle Dentistry. I showed up for my appointment on January 15, 2024 and they were closed. I had received no phone call from them saying they would be closed that day. I had been wondering why I had received no reminder phone call prior to my appointment day."

"Scheduled appt for 8 am no confirmation call... went to the office for the appt no one in the office waited until 8:15 no show ... called office voicemail full and can't leave message. Wouldn't even waste my time here!!!"

"Cancelled appointments more than once, showing up for appointments with no one there. No one answers the phone, voice mail box full, can’t reschedule. Worst dentist ever. Go anywhere else."

"Had a scheduled appointment a couple weeks ago. Received a call confirming appointment 2 days before. Arrive on time. Door is unlocked lights out front on but nobody in the office. Left after 15 minutes. Called and left message never called back. I reached them 2 weeks later only explanation was that they were closed"

"I honestly hope everything is ok there. I had an appointment at 8am, first time patient due to insurance changing at another practice. They called my wife at 7a day prior to confirm my appt for the following morning. I showed up at 7:50a, door was unlocked. No receptionist. Sat in waiting room for 40 minutes. No one ever came to get me. Left and called, got voicemail, no return call. One of the oddest experiences in my life tbh."
