"Been going here for years but service continues to decline. Was just there for a cleaning. Entire appointment lasted an hour (usually out of there in 30 minutes). Hygienist had nothing setup when I arrived, but I was not the first appointment of the day. She also shoved the x-ray film in my mouth BEFORE warming up the machine, so I had to sit for almost a minute trying not to gag. Additionally - and this is what all dentists seem like these days - every visit has become about upsells. Last time it was trying to get me to shell out money for a custom night guard. This time around it was trying to get a comedic fix to a tiny chip in my tooth. Will likely switch providers at this point."

"1/9/2023 after a consultation with Dr.Arsany Gergis I went for treatment. He and his assistant provided amazing services to me. I was treated with great respect. When they provided me information, they asked me if I have any questions. If I did have questions they gave me the information. And continued during my treatment to make sure that I felt comfortable physically and emotionally with the treatments that were being done. I have full confidence in the level of service compassion and understanding that they have. I need to return for more treatment in a couple of weeks and expect nothing less than what I have been getting. I will not be disappointed."
