"Very disappointed. I scheduled my appointment 6 months ahead of time as a new patient. Plenty if communication along the way. I filled out all required paperwork ahead of time. Day of appointment I arrived 15 minutes early. About 1 hour into the appointment I received a tap on the shoulder and was told I was out of time and would have reschedule. This is unacceptable. Not sure how but I was offered 3 appointments within a week."
