"It takes weeks to months to get an appointment. They now refer you out for extractions despite a person having severe pain, losing weight and unable to eat. When requesting an appointment for teeth cleanings and cavity fillings, they want to separate it out to three appointments taking months at a time. The staff was rude and not empathic or caring. Our family has been going there for 20 years and we are looking for a new dentist if anybody has any suggestions!"

"We came in for an appointment for my son. Eiley had a new patient appointment scheduled but not until August. The front desk staff (I believe her name is Courtney) noticed Eiley’s appointment was far out and they had a cancellation. She asked me if it was ok she be seen same day. I was so happy she did that. Amazing customer service. Angie the hygienist is always so great. She had her hands full with my daughter and was so patient and kind. She explained everything to her and let her feel and hold some of the tools so she wouldn’t be scared. Doctor was so kind and amazing. My son was across the hall with Emma. She kept me in the loop of his appointment while I was focused on my five year old. Everyone there is so nice and kind."
