"I will not sugarcoat this review. I arrived at the scheduled time and was greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner. I proceeded to complete the needed paperwork required of a new patient and was soon thereafter called back for my cleaning and exam. Nicole was thorough but made the process enjoyable. I was treated like a friend, not a patient. A part of the exam was 3-D imaging, a first for me. I was impressed, my mouth and teeth were on full display on the screen before me. My interaction with Abbie on the phone the day prior and at the desk the day of was warm and inviting. I even found dentist Dr. Parker to be warm and personable, truly. The most painful part of this visit was the paperwork. I have been to 3 different dental offices in the past 5 years as a result of moving twice during that period. The other 2 were fine, but Richmond Family Dental excels - professional, pleasant, and personable. A sweet experience, no sugar-coating is needed."
