"They sent an invoice for their services instead of billing the insurance. They scheduled an appointment for me but didn't notify me, so they have me recorded as a no show no call. I am currently looking for a different dentist."

"Terrible experiences every time. I was asked to leave a review private to them, and there was an option to be “followed up with regarding your review”. I clicked yes and they never reached out to make it right, so I will share my experiences with all. I had a bridge and this office used temporary glue instead of permanent because he was concerned about a possible need of a root canal (which I later learned was unnecessary as they can do a root canal through the bridge). When they told me I did not need a root canal, but they could not remove the bridge from the temporary glue in order to use permanent glue, so I left with my temporary glue still in use. Some time later, the glue failed and my bridge came off. My bridge would then not fit back on, and I had to pay full price to have another bridge made. So now I am in ~$3,500 on one procedure. When they re made the temporary bridge for the second go around, the assistant said they ran out of the material needed to make the temp bridges, and they gave me the worst thing ever that was cutting into my gums and hurt terribly. I couldn’t sleep for weeks. Mak agreed to have me come in to have it looked at, and then he canceled my appointment for a family emergency. Then when my next appointment comes around, the dental assistant tries to remove my old crown on the opposite side of my mouth (this story is next) and I stop her and tell her she is working on the wrong tooth after she was trying to yank it off of the wrong tooth… and she said “I know, I was just checking this one while I was in here.” But yanking on it and twisting with pliers doesn’t seem like a good way to “check up on” an old crown. Anyways… so now I get my second permanent bridge put on and it never stopped hurting… so I made a new appointment to follow up on my bridge after 6 weeks of it being in since I cannot chew on that side of my mouth, and after two more cancelled appointments for “family emergencies” by Mak, I finally am able to get in and they now said I need a root canal under my bridge due to so a ll of the extra work done to it (which was done because they screwed up the first time) which will have to be paid in full at another provider. Next story: I also had a root canal done during this time on a different tooth (the one that the assistant tried to remove because she had no clue what she was doing) by Dr Sharma (at Mak’s office) and it only lasted 18 months before it was too sore to chew on. I Was told the root canal failed but Dr. Sharma no longer works there, so I would have to go see another provider and pay full price for another re-treat. Leaving me now about $7,000 in for two failed procedures. This place is a joke and has done nothing to right my horrible experience. All I have done is give this place money and be in pain and I’m in no better position than when this journey started. Terrible customer experience not even trying to do anything to make my experience better after all of this. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve heard people with great experiences… that’s why I came here in the first place. But if they mess up, they do nothing in order to fix it other than keep charging you full price for their incompetence."
"I had a very good experience with the people who worked on my teeth. The personnel in the office were also nice. I am happy with the work they did rejoining my crown to my tooth. We are flying to a wedding, family pictures will look so much better with beautiful teeth. Thank you for taking the time to fit me in for an appointment."
