"Dr. Rogish is a very good, gentle dentist. I can only speak very highly of him. But, a person who staffs the appointment desk was very uncaring and unwilling to even pretend to care. I had a broken bridge, in need of replacement, as soon as possible, because it was stressing my teeth and hurt. My appointment was Nov. 10th. When I tried to schedule the next appointment, she said the only one available was January 24. I would have to wait over two months to have a broken bridge removed! Then, the only available appointment to have the new bridge installed was February 22nd. I had to find another dentist that could help me. Ultimately it’s costing me over $1000 more to have changed dentists. Again, I have nothing against Dr. Rogish,. The front desk staff can ultimately damage his business. I am on a very limited budget and I am retired and this extra money is a burden for me in many ways. Any dental office who cannot employ people that will work with their customers needs to rethink their standards."

"My husband missed a double appointment, because he got very lost. They said not to worry about it. We felt horrible and sent $100 cash to offer as cancellation. Instead they put the money in our account to cover our bills. Wonderful dentist."

"I was only a patient for a year. Dr Rogish terminated my family because we had to cancel two appointments. Both were work related and couldn’t be helped. When asked if he would reconsider he would not. This is terrible service and this dentist is unreasonable. The office claimed they sent us a letter 6 months ago but scheduled an appointment a month ago. The office can’t keep track of things and the dentist I would never recommend. Don’t upset him or you are gone!"
