"I was very pleased with my visit with the Mentor location. Dr. Lou was very informatory and he made me feel like My decision was my own, and I was important. He even gave me the notion that he is not there to force any decision on me and that he was comfortable with my wishes. I had once visit the Lakeshore location and I was told different and I was very disappointed. So coming to the Mentor location gave me a felling That I was going to be taken care of and I was of importance. The team were very knowledgeable and understanding from the front desk to the technician hygienist, all made me smile. I thank you Mentor location and I would gladly recommend you to anyone that I know."

"SO much better than the Euclid location. Friendly, welcoming, the place was CLEAN. So much better experience I actually asked to transfer to mentor location. The lady who did my deep cleaning ( name is Jessica) was amazing!!!!!!! She explained every step to me( something Euclid location never did ) and how this would help in the long run. She was not interrupted by coworkers like Euclid was, and she didn’t sit and talk to coworkers like everyone at. When Euclid has a patient, they don’t pay attention to the patient as they are too busy talking to their coworkers"

"They do great work when they don’t reschedule you. They rescheduled twice in an 8 week period… my daughter drives in from college therefore, she doesn’t have much flexibility. I asked if they could diligently give someone else the new appointment time and give theirs to my daughter who is a student. Especially because most people would probably want an earlier date since it was rescheduled twice for 40 patients as I was told. Office manager stated she would not even attempt to reach out to anyone to swap days; and she is aware my daughter is only here a few days on college break."

"My dental hygienist was so kind and explained everything so well to me! The ladies at the front desk were also so welcoming and patient with me. However the dentist who saw me didn’t even introduce himself he just started examining me and was very standoffish which I did not appreciate very much. He made it seem like I was inconveniencing his day by coming in for an appointment which made me uncomfortable. Very disappointed"
