"I went to John Rock for an estimate and was given a quote via text, set an appointment, was given a text back that he had something come up that week and needed to reschedule. I understood. It had been a few weeks so I had reached back out. I did not receive a response so I waited and sent an additional text with concern hoping all was well and still no response. To this day I have received no text or call. I believe this to be poor customer service and directly from the owner at that. I am not a cold hearted person so to this day I still hope that whatever the matter was that made him forget about the arrangement he had to fix my car is resolved and all is well, but I would not recommend his services due to my experience with Rock Collision."
