"I had Allstate for years and it was honestly great, I only switched because my husbands insurance was a little better/ cheaper. The customer service here is amazing, the service is great, the app was helpful, I could always call and ask questions , get quotes, just talk to someone if needed about my car/home insurance. The last few times I’ve called in I’ve spoken with Dale Wassenar and he is SO helpful and nice. Honestly the entire switching insurance process was stressful and he was able to get me quotes, change my name / information, and everything so quickly. He was so nice and cracked jokes with me. 10/10 customer service. An update; through fault of my own not on all state- but Today I spoke with Brian hummer who was seriously so great, he helped me fix my policy, ensured me that things were corrected and was able to explain the process to me in a friendly and informative way. Maybe I’ll be back someday ! I can’t say enough good things about you guys."
