"Quick and friendly service"
"UPDATE: Once again, we had an issue and we found that Brunswick Toyota went above and beyond to help. They are worth your time and trust. Things don't always go perfectly, so when you find a company that works with you and not against you in those moments, it is well worth it to keep them in your contacts. We will be bringing our other car here in 2 days and I have every faith that they will help us figure out what is going on with it. Mike Callahan was especially helpful for me. I greatly appreciated his assistance. We have purchased a vehicle here and have recently moved to the area and use them for service now as well. When things go well, it's easy to earn 5 stars. But when there is a hiccup, how you handle it determines if you earn those 5 stars. Not everything goes perfectly all the time. That's just life. But at least here, they will work with you and provide excellent customer service. We were very happy with our service today, even after a few hiccups. They earned it, and George Shedid was a fantastic service representative. We also spoke with Vance Jovan in sales, and he was fantastic as well. I would definitely recommend Brunswick Toyota and we will be using them going forward."
