"Horrible place and horrible customer service.. Period.. lead us on for weeks claiming they couldnt find a part we had to eventually get ourselves ( 3 days with shipping ) and then STILL didn't complete the work for several weeks until we had the vehicle towed to a new shop ! Representative was a sarcastic "you know what" when we asked to get the truck back after nearly 2 months ! Avoid at all costs.. plenty other professional places near by."

Conrad’s had quoted me over $1,600 for the same issue because they tried to tell me I needed a whole new exhaust system.
