"I was admittedly intimidated to stop in here. I was afraid that I would be out of my element. I could not have been more wrong. Ryan was super welcoming and informative. He walked me through the humidor and made recommendations based on my palate. His recommendations were right on the money. Today I made a second trip. Again, I was greeted with so much kindness. Ryan even recalled where I worked from the 5 minute conversation previously. Today I asked if he had any barber poles in. 15 seconds later I had a premium one in my hand. I can't say enough about the excellent service and atmosphere."
