"For the 2nd time in a month my Santa he broke down. Talk about a stressful situation!! The second time we ended up at Ohio transmission and Brian was great to us!! Turns out we got taken by the first place that was supposed to fix our car and this time Brian actually fixed it and was very reasonably priced and worked with us to get me back on the road. I am very pleased with his service and how friendly and understanding he was in a rough situation. Will forever take my car to him from now on."

"Called to set up an appointment to get my transmission looked at must have been the make of car I had he turned me down and didn't even want to look at my car not sure if the guy that answered was having a bad day or what I guess I am glad he didn't look at it if he felt it was out of his expertise"

"We went there to get the transmission looked at. The person hooked up a code reader. Then got wishy washy about the issue. Would not provide the code. Said it could be this or it could be that. Then quoted $5000. Definitely felt like he wasn't sure of what was going on so we went to go get my truck. When I went to get it the check engine light was wiped. Needless to say we will be going elsewhere because when we called around to see about other quotes and where we could take. Everyone has felt that it was suspicious. Disappointed because I like to supporting small town business."

"We are sorry that Mr. Griffin was unhappy with this experience. We were installing used parts on this vehicle at his request. The transmission was installed and the leak repaired. Some time later the starter did fail on this vehicle . which has nothing to do with the transmission. We can only work with the equipment that our customers allow us to purchase. Used transmissions are never a good idea as the condition is always unknown. We however; did install one at Mr. Griffins request. Ha we been allowed to correctly rebuild the transmission as we had requested this problem would never have occurred."

"absolutely horrible !!! got the car back and it was leaking transmission fluid and the transmission was still messed up, even though we bought one off of him!!!!he didnt tell me it was leaking ! and somehow the starter went out basically he made it worse every time he touched it. I DONT RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL. not even to change the oil."
